1. Massandra Palace is a very popular POI in Yalta region. It is also known as the Palace of Empreror Alexander III. The perfect architecture of this cosy Crimean Palace and the park ensemble have their own unique charm, the air has a spirit of Crimean pines and great views can be seen from this beautiful place in any time of the year.

2. Another view from this unique place. It was such a dramatic sunset that filled the winter sky above Yalta with many colors. Also you can see the gray massive clouds passing over Crimean Mountains to the Southern Coast. It is always an amazing sky spectacle because the clouds are constantly moving with wind flow and become similar to the liquid, but cannot pass through the mountains.
3. If you're lucky with the weather, you can see beautiful sunsets from the observation platform near Massandra Palace, and when it's windy the sky above the Black Sea becomes red and epic. So you can enjoy such dramatic views and the grandeur of nature. January 1st, 2012
4. And now let me show you some photos taken in Massandra Park. It is situated much lower then the Palace and much closer to the Black Sea coast and Yalta. Here you can simply walk and enjoy such beautiful views.
5. Or, alternatively, you can take a rest on a cozy bench or on this picturesque meadow not far from the famous 'Yalta Hotel':
6. And if you will return from Massandra Park to Yalta in the evening, you will be awarded with the memorable views of Yalta citylights and especially St. John Chrysostom Cathedral with its 45m Bell Tower:
So I think you will never forget your visit to above mentioned Massandra's places of interest with its great historical heritage, remarkable views and an unusual atmosphere!
